New Jobs

Four of my millennial clients recently were offered and accepted new jobs. Yay! In each case, the client found a job that expressed his/her values and interests and more or less met their financial goals. It is a privilege to observe their growing confidence, engagement with work, and excitement about learning.

​I love this image from the exterior of the Japan pavilion at Expo 2015 in Milan, Italy. The textured wood surface and interlocking pieces are a metaphor for an ideal work world of beauty, interdependence, growth,  and the opportunity to construct and build something wonderful.
