I meet with my own life coach once a month, a comforting cadence that works for me. She is my resource, and knowing she’s there for me monthly to help me find or refocus on what’s important to me calms my anxiety. (She helps me do this by asking targeted questions, and I find my own clarity as a result). I appreciate my coach for being a sounding board for how I’m feeling or viewing the world. This is important because by being able to see difficult situations through different perspectives, I can also see what else is possible… which then drives my decision-making.
